We are passionate about pilates and Becki is a trained teacher with Body Control Pilates.

Her specialist area of interest is in rehabilitation and injury prevention, which comes from her own experience of back pain which required an operation in 2005. Afterwards Becki started going to a Pilates teacher for 121 sessions where she experienced first hand the benefits of this amazing form of movement.
And we’re thrilled to be able to offer Pilates Glamping breaks on specified weekends. Our beautiful new wooden roundhouse, with log burning stove and full length windows overlooking the Alpaca field, is the location for the classes during your stay.
What is Body Control Pilates?
Body Control Pilates offers a comprehensive programme of exercises for both mat and machine work. They are adapted from the 'classical' exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. We believe that many of these classical exercises are often not suitable for the average person and the average body. In order for someone to work safely and effectively and to gain the full benefits of Pilates, these classical exercises should be broken down to establish good movement skills thus building the best possible foundation upon which to progress towards the classical, more advanced work. This is the essence of the Body Control Pilates Method.
